The CPSR model is our method for fully integrating drones within your organization! Using the CPSR model, we explore all the options and necessities for successful integration!

Based on the prepared integration report, we start preparations. What are we going to do?

- Training the pilots

Upon completion of phase 2, you as an organization are fully operational. Manuals have been approved, training completed and drones are deployable.
In the third stage, your regular contact person supports you on various issues:
- Flight application support
- Support for complex issues or performances
- Maintenance
The previous three steps are jointly evaluated every six months with all persons involved. We then discuss together:
- Whether the permit still meets your needs and desires
- Whether all pilots still meet proper training requirements
- The latest development in hardware and software
